Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Item must include all tags and labels
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following product categories:

  • Food & Drink items (opened or perishable)
  • Personal Accessories (earrings, intimate items)
  • Skincare products (opened containers)
  • Hair Care products (opened containers)
  • Bath & Shower products (opened containers)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return – Include the RMA number on the package and ship to our returns center (address will be provided with your RMA)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this is complete.

Refund Timelines & Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. It may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • JCB Cards: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your initial email, specify the replacement item you’d like
  3. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Exchange items will be shipped once we receive and process your return.
