Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every purchase from our lifestyle collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:
Eligibility Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Food & Drink items (opened or perishable)
- Personal Accessories (earrings, intimate items)
- Skincare products (opened containers)
- Hair Care products (opened containers)
- Bath & Shower products (opened containers)
Exception: Damaged or defective items in these categories will be replaced – please contact us immediately.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your request (use template below)
- Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely repack in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Your Return – Include the RMA number and send to our returns center (address provided with your RMA)
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- You’ll receive email notification when your refund is processed
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Timelines by Payment Method:
- Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval (may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement)
- JCB Cards: Up to 14 business days to process
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your initial email, specify the replacement item desired
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)
- Exchange items ship after we receive and process your return
