After lighting it comes up to temperature in about 30 minutes and uses 45% less fuel than an open grill due to its superior thermal insulation.

It is built to last due its construction of high quality carbon steel and stainless steel, with a durable powder-coated exterior.

Unlike conventional grills the Charlie Oven is easy to clean as the ash simply falls through into the bottom ash drawer whilst the and cooking racks can be pulled out and cleaned with a wire brush.
