Vintage Red Half-Pint Satchel

The vintage red half-pint satchel is, as the name suggests, the small version of the iconic milkman satchel. These vintage red half pint satchels are perfectly formed and beautifully crafted. Made for when you are on the move. Brit Stitch came up with the idea of creating milkman satchels after Peter Jones leather works (part of the family business) was tasked by the local milkman 40 years ago to make him a milkman’s satchel. Which Peter duly did. Only a couple of year’s ago the milkman returned. Not asking for a new milkman’s bag mind you, all he needed was the strap fixing. That is how well Brit Stitch make their milkman satchels. They can last for 40 years, even through the toils of a daily morning milk round.

 

The vintage red half-pint satchel is the diminutive version of the iconic milkman bag design and comes with strap, magnetic fastening, inner pocket and top handle. Perfect for an occasional bag that is striking in appearance.
